Below are some of the most frequently asked questions. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions not covered below.

Choose your outfit from within your own closet.  It will be more comfortable and will help you to relax. Neutral colors + earth tones are preferable as very bright colours can become distracting in the pics. It also keeps the sunlight from reflecting the colours back onto your skin, causing a discolouration. Avoid very loud or distracting patterns as they too can be distracting. It is also a good idea if you match tonally, i.e: not the same colours but that the colours go together.

Think layers. If you want to spice up an outfit or even make it look like you have more than one or two outfits, bring along jackets or your favourite scarf and we can throw it on for some of the photos! It’ll give you even more images to choose from and can bring a lot of interesting texture to your photos.

We like to keep our shoots natural and relaxed. The idea is to capture the two of you, as you are. We usually take our couples on a little walk or move around the house, movement makes for great pics. We will chat and laugh with you and it’s those “in-between” moments we are looking for. Your gallery will consist of a variety of shots, including close ups and wider environmental style shots.

Post shoot, the selection and editing process usually takes about 3 weeks, after which we will send you a link to download your images as well as an online gallery to share with family or friends.

We usually provide 50-60 high resolution images.

I’ll let you in on a little secret. In all the years we have been photographing, almost every couple or person says this, so you are not alone! We do keep our shoots natural and relaxed, feel free to do as you do and chat away to each other. Having said that, we will guide you, for eg: “take a walk over there, go and sit on that log together” etc. We chat, ask questions and all the while looking for that natural look or smile between the two of you. With our years of experience, we know how to combine good composition and great light, getting you guys looking your best.
